Best UX Design Agencies in Saudi Arabia (2026): An updated Comparison

Comparison

Summary

The strongest UX agencies in Saudi Arabia in 2026 split into three groups.

  • Global product agencies with Riyadh offices (Deloitte, Accenture, Globant ) bring polished portfolios and high-range budgets.

  • Local technical houses (UXBERT Labs, AZMX, Digital Gravity KSA ) pair design with in-house development.

  • Specialist UX studios like us, Tremoloo, focus only on research-driven UX: audits, testing with Saudi users, and product design, with an NN/g Master Certified team and 186+ projects across 10 countries since 2016.

Full disclosure: we wrote this list, and we are on it. Judge every agency here, including us, by the same five criteria: do they test with real Saudi users, can they design natively in Arabic RTL, who actually does the work (seniors or juniors), do they show measurable outcomes, and will they tell you when you do not need them. The right choice depends on your stage. The comparison table below maps each agency to the situation it fits best.

How do I choose a UX agency in Saudi Arabia?

Five questions, in order of how much they reveal.

  1. First: do you test with real Saudi users, and can I watch a session recording? Research claims are cheap. Recordings are not.

  2. Second: show me your Arabic work. Not translated mockups, but products designed Arabic-first. Look at icon direction, form layouts, and how error messages read. RTL done badly is obvious in thirty seconds.

  3. Third: who will personally work on my account? Get names and look them up. The team in the pitch deck and the team in the project are sometimes two different teams.

  4. Fourth: what changed for a past client, in numbers? "We redesigned their onboarding and completion rose from 41% to 68%" is an answer. "The client loved it" is not.

  5. Fifth: when should I not hire you? Every honest agency has an answer. Ours is below.

What should a UX agency in Riyadh charge?

Project-based work in Riyadh runs from about SAR 35,000 for a focused audit to SAR 90,000 and up for multi-flow research programs, based on current market rate cards. Full product design engagements vary more, mostly by how much research and testing is included. We published a full pricing breakdown with what each tier buys in our UX audit pricing guide.

Agency vs in-house designer: which is better for a startup?

Short version: below roughly SAR 300,000 of UX work per year, buy it project by project from an agency. Above that line, start hiring. The full math, including what recruitment delays and a wrong senior hire actually cost, is in our agency vs in-house vs freelancer comparison.

Do Saudi UX agencies design in Arabic (RTL)?

Some do, many approximate. The test: ask to see a product they designed Arabic-first, not translated. Then open it and check three things. Do icons and progress indicators flip direction? Do forms flow right to left naturally, including error states? Does the Arabic typography look deliberate, with a proper Arabic typeface, rather than a Latin font falling back? An agency that passes all three has done this before. One that hesitates is about to learn on your budget.

What questions should I ask before signing with a UX agency?

Beyond the five criteria above, two practical ones. What exactly do I receive at the end, in what format? (Designs, a findings report, a prototype, a design system: get the list.) And what happens after delivery? Good agencies hand over and stay reachable; great ones schedule a follow-up review a month later. If post-delivery support is vague in the proposal, it will be vague in practice.

Where does Tremoloo fit?

Our honest position: we are the right call when your problem is unclear or your users are behaving in ways your team cannot explain. Our work starts with research and audits, our senior team is NN/g Master Certified, and we have run 186+ projects across 10 countries since 2016, including products like InstaPay, Teeela, and Shamel.

We are the wrong call in three situations. If you want a visual reskin with no research, a pure UI agency will serve you better and cheaper. If you need design and heavy software development from one vendor, a full-service house like Digital Gravity fits better. And if your budget is under SAR 15,000, a good freelancer is the honest recommendation.
